Bare Faced Medical Aesthetics is owned and run by Amy, I am an advanced nurse practitioner with a wealth of knowledge. After working in surgery for over 10 years, my standards are second to none.
I am a fully qualified nurse and advanced aesthetician, I am a member of the NMC, British association of cosmetic nurses (BACN), and ACE.
I offer a range of injectables, dermal fillers, skin boosters, skin treatments, and wrinkle solutions.
Restorative Aesthetics is a passion, helping people to re-love their appearance, without looking fake or false just makes my heart sing.
I have undergone a vast amount of training, therefore I am fully prepared to treat any complications should they arise. So when deciding on a practitioner or treatment, I can make sure that that is one less worry for you.

LIP FILLERS
If you are looking to increase your pout, add definition to a lacking Cupid’s bow, or enhance what you already have. Then I have the treatment for you.
I am also trained in Russian lips, this is not for the faint hearted, giving a flat filler look.
ADVANCED FACIAL AESTHETICS
These are perfect treatments for lifting and defining facial contours.
This can be a stand alone treatment, cheeks, jawline, chin, or a deluxe package suited to your needs.
FINE LINE AND ANTI WRINKLE TREATMENTS
Fine line and wrinkles treatment are available. This ranges from microneedling and Mesotherapy , to skin booster and Prescription injectables to relax the wrinkles
LIQUID RHINOPLASTY
Liquid rhinoplasty involves using dermal filler to smooth out any lumps and bumps along the contour of the nose. This can also give the optical illusion of a smaller, shorter nose. Known as the lunch time nose job this treatment is cost effective, minimal downtime and lasts around 12 / 18 months.
FACIAL LINES
Dermal filler can be used to plump and smooth out Facial lines.These can be peri oral lines (smokers lines) Nasolabial ( nose to mouth ) and marionette (mouth to chin ) These can give the face a total transformation, giving a uplifted more youthful appearance.
INJECTABLE SKIN BOOSTERS
Skin Boosters are especially designed to deliver deep skin hydration. The treatment involves hydrating microinjections of a soft, gel-like substance called Hyaluronic Acid (HA) into the skin, which improves the skin’s elasticity, firmness and radiance.
HA is found naturally in the body where it maintains hydration in the skin. As we age the quality of our HA diminishes over time. Skin Boosters replenish and maintain natural hydration levels from within as the stabilised HA continues to work over several months.

FAT DISSOLVING INJECTIONS
Aqualyx® is a non-surgical solution to minimize and remove stubborn localized pockets of fat. It is ideal for those who exercise regularly and maintain a healthy diet but have pockets of fat that won’t shift, even with focused exercise.
This technique, known as Aqualysis™ or Aquaplasty™, consists of injecting the solution into localised fat deposits. Aqualyx® consists of phosphatidylcholine – a natural substance which, when given in higher doses, can cause the destruction of fat cells.
Destroying the fat cells is a long-term solution provided you retain a stable weight, eat healthily and continue exercise as usual. Aqualyx® leads to a permanent reduction of fatty tissue; once removed, fat cells will not reappear.

How does Aqualyx® work

The procedure consists of a set of injections, administered 3-4 weeks apart, whereby Aqualyx® is injected into the targeted area.
TEAR TROUGH FILLER
The tear trough is the area between your lower eyelid and cheek and as we age, we can experience volume loss in this area which can often cause dark circles and hollows under the eyes. This is not an uncommon problem and can be treated easily with tear trough dermal fillers.

Using a derma pen with fine needles to create trauma to the skin to encourage collagen and elastin production.
